The IMD Executive MBA is a modular program consisting of two stages: the Foundation Stage and the Mastery Stage.

Stage 1:

Lausanne campus plus online learning:

FOUNDATIONS FOR BUSINESS LEADERSHIP (FBL) - 3 weeks face-to-face

Fast-track your understanding of key business fundamentals. Reboot and consolidate your knowledge of cross-functional skills and master the core functions of a complex organization:

• Marketing
• Finance and accounting
• Business model innovation and entrepreneurship
• Strategy and industry analysis
• Operations and supply chain management

ADVANCED MANAGEMENT CONCEPTS - 5 weeks online

• Go deeper into the topics covered during FBL to reinforce your understanding of general management. Online learning,requires about 15 hours study per week.

OR

LiVe virtual learning:

GLOBAL MANAGEMENT FOUNDATIONS (GMF) - 10 weeks online

Launch your IMD Executive MBA without the need to travel for the first stage of your EMBA. This highly interactive, virtual learning experience is delivered fully online and offers you the full capability-building of FBL.

• State-of-the-art virtual classroom technology with synchronous and asynchronous learning
• Group work, team and individual assignments, presentations
• Regular virtual social activities including virtual check-in and live sessions with Faculty
• Live interaction with Program Director, coaches, Faculty, specialist topic experts and EMBA support staff

ADVANCED MANAGEMENT CONCEPTS  - 5 weeks online

Stage 2:

MASTERY STAGE  – 12 months
